The score
Every recommendation traces back to a score
The Application Rationalization Score rates each application from 0 to 100 and shows what pulls it down, so leadership can check the facts behind every recommendation.
- Tier, stack and hosting turn the score into a move: invest, keep, modernize or retire.
- Unused and duplicate applications are flagged whatever they score.
- AI readiness, lifecycle risk and run cost are scored the same way.
